About Us – The Story and People Behind ph985

Who We Are

ph985 is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for players in the Philippines. From Manila to Cebu, from Quezon City to Davao, our users come from every corner of the country — and they all share one thing in common: they want a platform that works the way they do.

We started ph985 because we noticed a gap. Most international betting sites were not designed with Filipino players in mind. They used foreign currencies, offered payment methods that were difficult to access locally, and their mobile experience left a lot to be desired. ph985 was built to fix all of that.

Everything on ph985 runs in Philippine Peso. Deposits and withdrawals are handled through local channels — GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. The platform is fully responsive and works smoothly on the Android and iOS devices that most Filipinos use every day. If you prefer to install a dedicated app, the ph985 APK is available for Android directly from our Download page.

We cover the sports that matter most to Filipino fans — PBA and NBA basketball, volleyball, boxing, football, and esports. We also offer a full live casino with professional dealers, and a slot catalogue that ranges from classic titles to modern video slots. Whether you are a casual weekend player or someone who follows the odds closely, ph985 has a place for you.

What Makes ph985 Different

There are plenty of online betting platforms out there. Here is what sets ph985 apart for players in the Philippines.

Our Values

The way we operate at ph985 comes down to a few core commitments. These are not marketing lines — they shape the decisions we make about the platform every day.

• Transparency We are straightforward about how the platform works, how games operate, and what our terms mean. If something is not clear, we want to fix it. Honest communication with our players matters more to us than polished corporate language.
• Security Every account, every transaction, and every session on ph985 is protected. SSL encryption, OTP login verification, and KYC checks are not optional extras — they are built into the foundation of the platform.
• Fairness Game outcomes on ph985 are determined by certified RNG software. Slot results, card draws, and roulette spins are always independent and random. No outcome is ever manipulated, and no player receives a different playing field to another.
• Responsibility We take responsible gaming seriously. ph985 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We provide tools and information to help players stay in control of their spending and time, and we encourage anyone who feels their gaming is becoming a problem to seek support.
• Reliability When you open the ph985 app or website, it should work. Deposits should process quickly. Withdrawals to your GCash or Maya wallet should arrive without unnecessary delays. We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to platform uptime and transaction reliability.
• Local Focus ph985 is built for the Philippines. Everything from the supported payment methods to the sports markets we offer reflects the preferences and habits of Filipino players. We do not adapt a foreign product and call it local — we start from the Filipino player's perspective.

Our Commitment to Filipino Players

The Philippines has one of the most engaged online gaming communities in Southeast Asia. Filipino players are knowledgeable, passionate about sports — especially basketball and boxing — and they deserve a platform that respects that.

ph985 was built in response to that. We localised the payment experience so that GCash and Maya deposits work just as naturally as they do for any other app you use daily. We built the sports section around the events Filipinos actually watch and bet on. We made sure the platform performs well on mid-range Android phones, which represent the majority of devices used across the country — from Metro Manila to the provinces.

We also take the age restriction seriously. ph985 is for adults aged 21 and above only. KYC verification is required before withdrawals are processed, which protects both the player and the integrity of the platform. We do not cut corners here.

Customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you have a problem at 2am on a weeknight, someone is available to help you sort it out. You can reach support directly from the ph985 app or through the website at any time.
